Deployment of Abrige EXECUTE! is comprised of five simple steps that can be performed by a single non-technical person in less than eight hours:
- Import or enter employees, via excel or user friendly interface
- Assign one or more employees as an evaluator; one who reviews others
- Assign a coordinator that will be the person to ensure the evaluations are performed on time (this person may be the evaluator or often is from HR)
- Create at least one survey, assessment or evaluation form
- Assign the form(s) to evaluators, with the option to also assign to the person(s) to be reviewed
Integrate HR PERFORMANCE

All or selected questions on a survey, review or evaluation form can be rated. These ratings can be used for individual reporting within PERFORMANCE. These ratings can also be aggregated and transformed into metrics for presentation in the EXECUTE! scorecard and dashboard.
For example, a corporate objective “To be compliant” might entail adding questions related to integrity, ethics, privacy, security, etc. of individuals, their peers and their supervisors. One question might be “Are you comfortable (ethically) with everything your manager asks you to do?” Asked quarterly, this question can help identify compliance issues for the company as a whole or for specific groups without identifying any one individual. This would be one of several metrics that would roll-up to the higher level metric “To be compliant” for the executive. The executive could drill down into detail or entrust his or her managers to ensure that they remain within targeted parameters for this goal.

EXECUTE! is built on an SQL database and is accessible to most BI tools and data warehouses. REPORTING can access SQL as well as many other databases.

Set up and track initiatives and events specific to strategy and measures
There may be measures that, as time progresses, indicate a goal is not going to be met as intended. Or a change in the organization may cause the need to improve a measure more quickly. Initiatives to improve a measure by a percentage or an amount can be added and tracked. Alerts can be set at points triggered by results and/or time.
Flexible reporting for assessment, analysis and management reporting
Standard reports within EXECUTE! provide feedback for decision-makers in three different, but all important, ways:
First, there are assessment reports mostly intended for users managing the scorecard but not necessarily responsible for the measured results. These reports help identify if the scorecard or dashboard needs tweaking for improved alignment with strategic goals. They also aid in reviewing performance and how measures are assigned at different organizational levels.
Second, there are analytic reports, which are usually presented in charts or a combination of textual/visual report and chart. These reports provide historical trends used in forecasting expected future results given no other changes. These reports also provide comparisons between measures and responsibility centers, often helping to identify training needs or highlight other areas where more attention is needed.
Finally, there are management reports, which provide a concise view of results and key performance indicators / KPIs.
All reports are highly flexible in their selection criteria so that hundreds of reports can be generated from only a few report selections.

Abrige EXECUTE! makes it easy to cascade strategy throughout the organization by allowing any measure and unit of measure to “roll up” through both the reporting levels and strategic levels. For example, a strategic goal to be compliant, might include a unit of measure in % clean audits for the financial responsibility center (RC), count of incomplete questions asked by the call center RC, as well as other measures all rolled into a compliance objective and shown at the CEO level.
